"Carla encouraged me to really understand the barriers I had to achieving my goals, and develop a plan for addressing them.  She then held me accountable for delivering against the plan.  It sounds so simple as I write it, but I cannot understate the value in having someone independent, unbiased and non-judgemental to talk things through and provide clarity and cut through.  I got so much out of the program that I have encouraged my team to get involved, and this year one of my team members has stepped up to be a community coach."
